Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician (PCP) to provide comprehensive medical care, focusing on preventive care and chronic condition management. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct exams and assessments to diagnose and treat health conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
• Manage chronic illnesses, including neurology, oncology, nephrology, urology, and gastroenterology.
• Collaborate with specialists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on health conditions and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of specialties like cardiology, neurology, oncology, and others is desirable.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, Day shift
