Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams. This role requires patient advocacy and the ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Duties:

• Conduct health assessments and physical exams for all ages.
• Develop and evaluate treatment plans.
• Perform diagnostic tests, including lab work and medical imaging.
• Administer IV infusions and perform phlebotomy.
• Promote wellness and disease prevention through patient education.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective patient care.
• Document patient encounters using ICD-10 coding.
• Stay current on best practices in relevant specialties.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Previous experience in inpatient or outpatient settings preferred.
• Familiarity with health coaching and utilization review processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and patient rapport.
